DaeJa Napier teaches Insight Meditation (Vipassana) with an emphasis on the cultivation of loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. Practicing for 40 years under the guidance of prominent Asian and western teachers, DaeJa has dedicated her life to exploring the traditional pathways to awakening and their applications to daily life.
